2. Return Eligibility

• Products must include all accessories, manuals, and components.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

2. Provide photos/videos clearly showing the damage or error.

3. Our team will assess and provide a solution such as:

   • Return with refund

Damage reported after the 48-hour window may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Freight items (such as golf carts) may require scheduled pickup and a return freight fee.

We can assist in arranging return freight to ensure the best rate.

5. Refund Processing

Once returned items are inspected and approved:
